Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics Service Center Is Moving to Cincinnati!

A Move Designed to Serve You Better

Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics is pleased to announce that our Ultrasonic Service Center is relocating from Jamestown, New York, to Cincinnati, Ohio.

As part of the relocation, bench repair service will be temporarily unavailable from August 10–21, 2026. We appreciate your patience during this brief transition and encourage customers with upcoming repair needs to plan accordingly.

Why Are We Moving?

Our Cincinnati facility is already home to the manufacturing of Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics cleaning systems, as well as our replacement parts inventory and technical resources.

By bringing our Service Center together with manufacturing, parts, and technical support under one roof, we’ll be able to provide:

• Faster access to replacement parts needed for repairs
• Improved repair turnaround times
• Closer coordination between service and engineering
• More efficient troubleshooting and technical support
