Aquarius™ Series Multi-tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems
Ultrasonic cleaning is one step in a complete cleaning process. Combining ultrasonic cleaning with rinsing, drying and other processing steps in a unitized cleaning console helps assure process integrity. The addition of an automated, robotic transfer system provides process consistency and significantly reduces the labor required for parts cleaning.

Aquarius™ Ultrasonic cleaning System Standard Features

- Advanced ultrasonic technology including sweepSONIK™, multiSONIK™ and shieldSONIK™ with CRAM™ options offered exclusively by Blackstone~NEY Ultrasonics
- Additional cleaning and/or rinse tank(s) with or without ultrasonics
- Alternate electrical supply voltages and configurations
- Robotic parts handling for parts loads up to 200 pounds using a cantilevered arm. This option includes coordinated control of system features including ultrasonics, pumps, and the dryer
- Filtration and re-circulation of cleaning and/or rinse tanks
- Skimmer to remove oil and other floating contamination from the surface of the cleaning and/or rinse tank(s)
- Oil coalescer to remove non-emulsified oil
- Dedicated de-ionized or reverse osmosis water supply plant
- In-line water heater for high water use cascade rinse applications
- "Pump up to drain" for areas with elevated drain lines
- In-tank agitation to enhance the ultrasonic cleaning process
- Spray under immersion in cleaning and/or rinse tank(s)
- Seven day preheat timer
- HEPA or ULPA filtration of re-circulated air in the dryer
